SHIPPING POLICY

Virell is a small Dutch business based in Hengelo. To keep our prices fair, most orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Asia. That keeps costs low, but it also means delivery takes longer than from a local warehouse. We'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you later.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Delivery times and rates
Flat rate: €6.95 worldwide, free on orders over €74.99. Typical delivery: 7–14 days to the Netherlands, 9–17 days to the rest of the European Union, 12–20 days outside the EU, after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and public holidays or customs checks can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show the first scan.

Customs and VAT
All prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU with an order value under €150, no additional import duties or customs charges apply. For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority; these are the customer's responsibility.
